After more than 20 years of organizing events. It was in 2015 that Pascale launched her business "Signé Rochefort, tailor-made events" which specializes in the organization of corporate and charitable events.
In 2018, a new offer was added to her business since she and her spouse decided to use her expertise and her studies in communications to promote and take care of the rental of their first tourist residence: La Perséide, whose construction was completed in July 2018.
Spring 2019; purchase of a second house and left for the renovation of the 3 floors to maximize the comfort of future customers. Villa T is available for rental from July 13, 2019.
Summer 2019; the owner of another tourist house decides to entrust Signé Rochefort with the management of the latter.
The company changes its name to better represent its activities, it becomes: Signé Rochefort, tourist rental and events.
Since spring 2019, Pascale has taken care of the advertising, rental and housekeeping of 3 houses located in La Malbaie. It is now ready to offer its services to other tourist residences.
Fall 2020, purchase of 3 lots in the Cap-à-l'Aigle (La Malbaie) for the futur construction of 3 new prestigious tourist residences.
The list of our rental management services includes:
- Posting on our social networks (Facebook and Instagram) and our website.
- Management of the rental calendar;
- Payment management;
- Managing housekeeping between rentals;
- Communications with customers including sharing of important information on arrival / departure and overall customer service upon request for information;
- Spa maintenance service
- Responding to customer emergencies (we are open 24/7).
